This may have stimulated TSMC, therefore, TSMC decided to mass-produce the 3nm process ahead of schedule.
In fact, TSMC and Samsung are completely different in the 3nm architecture. TSMC’s 3nm is still using FinFET (FinFET) architecture, while Samsung uses a new surround gate technology (GAA).
