It’s only been a few months since the Pixel 6 was released, but online leaks about the Pixel 7 series have already emerged. Google appears to have sent CAD files to the case manufacturing industry recently, as Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) and David Kowalski (aka xleaks7) both released renders of the Pixel 7 Pro today.

These unofficial render leaks are often based on measurements that Google needs to send to third parties in order to get accessories (like protective cases) ready for the release date. This means that the shape of the phone should be accurate to the millimeter, but finer details such as materials, colors, or the position of the camera lens within the camera block can still vary.

According to the exposed renderings, the design of the Pixel 7 Pro has many similarities with the Pixel 6, and the raised camera bar design on the back has been retained. The three cameras on the back of the Pixel 7 Pro appear to be quite large and may include a wide-angle camera, a periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide-angle camera. The front adopts a centered hole-punch screen design.

As pointed out by SmartPrix, the device has the same curved edges as the Pixel 6 Pro. However, the Pixel 7 Pro is slightly shorter in length, slightly wider in width and thickness, and measures 163 x 76.6 x 8.7mm. For reference, the Pixel 6 Pro has a body size of 163.9×75.9×8.9mm.
Judging from the renderings, the Pixel 7 Pro looks similar to the Pixel 6’s design, and the size changes appear to be minimal. In addition, earlier renders of the more compact Pixel 6A were also leaked. Google hasn’t made any confirmation on the Pixel 7 or Pixel 6A yet — the company probably won’t release the Pixel 7 until the fall, and the Pixel 6A could be revealed sooner.

Recently, the latest set of renderings of the iPhone 14 series have been released. It shows that the new generation of high-end iPhone models will bid farewell to “Liu Haiping”, adopt a hole-digging design (in the shape of an exclamation mark), and remove the rectangle of the camera module on the back, making it simpler.

After the release of the iPhone 13 series, the shape of its camera module has become a hot topic in the outside world. On the iPhone 14 series, the hole-digging design has become quite popular online.

On February 23, the latest set of renderings of the iPhone 14 series was exposed again. It can be seen from the renderings that the iPhone 14 series will bid farewell to “Liu Haiping” this time, adopting a hole-digging design (including front-facing holes and Face ID holes), and the entire shape is arranged in an exclamation mark. In other designs, the middle frame of the iPhone 14 series is still the same as the previous two generations of iPhones, insisting on a right-angle design, and the rectangle of the camera module disappears and becomes more simple, which is very consistent with Apple’s design concept.

After reading this set of renderings of the iPhone 14 series, to be honest, I personally think that the effect is not bad, and it is acceptable to the senses (it should have been done long ago). However, this should be a rendering of the iPhone 14 Pro series, and the standard version of the iPhone 14 should still use the notch design, which has been rumored for a long time.
Many people are concerned about whether the iPhone 14 series will adopt high-speed brushes. After all, whether Apple has high-speed brushes, the experience is completely different. Previously, it was reported that the entire iPhone 14 series will have a ProMotion adaptive refresh rate screen.
