On March 25, China Mobile learned that Apple said that its iMessage service was interrupted earlier on Thursday local time, and the problem has now been resolved. Notably, this is already the third time in a week that Apple has experienced service outages in a row.

It is reported that a large number of netizens complained about the downtime of Apple iMessage on the downtime tracking website Downdetector and Twitter. Complaints about the service began to increase sharply around 4:20 p.m. ET, with thousands of complainants, and not a few users affected. It is understood that iMessage messages are not sent at all in some cases, and sometimes even pictures are not available.
It should be noted that just this week, Apple has experienced two outages. On Monday, local time, Apple suffered a wide-ranging network outage, including services such as Apple Music, iCloud and the App Store, which were cut off, affecting dozens of services. The network failure also affected product sales and office work, hampered the company’s product operations and other work, and also affected communication among employees and the ability to access the internal network.
Then on Tuesday local time, a large number of users reported that Apple had another server downtime. There were problems with services such as Apple Music, Podcasts, Books, and the App Store, and the interruption of services caused dissatisfaction among users. The second server outage this week has been resolved after nearly two hours.
