1.Shipping Info
We use these major carriers to ship your items: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Currently, we do not ship to:
Post Office Box address;
Military (APO/FPO) addresses;
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
2.Shipping Time

This formula will help to determine when your order should arrive: Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time.

Based on your location and zip code, delivery time is commonly 7-15 business days from the date we ship your order.

When you place an order on, we'll send you an email confirmation to let you know when it's been shipped and is headed on its way to you.

Please note that the shipping time doesn't count weekends and US national holidays. You will be notified via separate emails once your order is placed and shipped. All shipments will be provided with tracking information.

4.Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address is not responsible for returns or lost packages caused by customer submitting incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure the correct information is provided when placing an order. If your order is not delivered to you and returned back to us by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fee or re-ship the order by charging an additional shipping fee. If an order is not returned to us and is in fact lost due to incorrect or incomplete address, you will be solely responsible for the loss, and no refund will be issued. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
5.Post-Shipment Address Corrections
If a mistake has been made in the address and the order has already been shipped, every reasonable effort will be made to get your merchandise to the correct destination. The customer is responsible for any address correction fees charged by the carrier.
6.An item is missing from my shipment.
If you're a customer, you'll be given your UPS Tracking Number when you ship your order from the shop. If you forget or misplace your UPS Tracking Number, Please contact
7.Failed Delivery Attempts
Signature may be required at the time of delivery by UPS for higher value orders. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
