Sony announced the Xperia 1 IV (alongside the Xperia 10 IV) on 11 May, promising that the phone would be launching “this month,” however, separately it also confirmed a UK-specific release date on 16 June, so availability unquestionably varies by market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even with the modest hardware improvements that the Xperia 1 IV brings to the table, Sony has seen fit to up the price once again, with the 12GB RAM\/256GB SKU coming to the likes of the UK and Europe costing \u00a31,299\/\u20ac1,399, while the US model \u2013 is set to ship with 512GB of storage \u2013 is priced at $1,599.99.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
