\n\nFrom a lot of information, Motorola seems to have “supported” recently. It not only launched a new generation of Snapdragon 8 series mobile platform, but also applied for a patent for a surround-screen mobile phone similar to Xiaomi MIX Alpha. Now, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra accessory has leaked again, revealing that the phone may come with a stylus, and that its protective case is also interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to reports, the Motorola smart stylus connects to the phone via Bluetooth, and it supports air gestures and wireless charging. It can be used as an air mouse with an external monitor, and the buttons can also be used for media control. Finally, it can of course also be used to write directly to the textbox. It appears to be a very different stylus than the Motorola Moto G Stylus (2022) stylus, but we can’t tell for sure. Sources call the stylus a “next generation,” hinting at increased functionality. According to foreign media, this stylus looks more similar to the stylus of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the stylus is connected to the phone, there is also a bubble (popup) that shows the status of the stylus: it shows whether it is charging or not, and tapping it also shows apps to launch apps that support it. It’s worth mentioning that the Motorola Smart Stylus has additional functionality when paired with the Moto Edge 30 Ultra Folio case.
When the stylus is not in use, it can be placed on the back of the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra Folio case. The software will be triggered when the stylus is removed. In addition, the user can be alerted if the stylus is removed and not in use for an extended period of time. Users can open apps when the stylus is removed, and Bluetooth is automatically enabled. Wireless charging occurs when the stylus is put back in the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than just a glorified stylus holder, this phone case can also interact with your phone. There is an open strip in the middle of the front of the case, which supports off-screen display. When a call comes in, you can also answer or reject the call without opening the phone case. It’s unclear if the case has additional functions, or if it can be used on its own.
It’s unclear if these two add-ons will launch with the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, but it’s a safe bet that the case and stylus will definitely launch at the same time. It’s Motorola’s most advanced stylus yet, and it’s got a case that’s unique and unlike anything else the company has ever released before, one can’t help but look forward to it.
