Nokia, which signed the \u201cGlobal 4G Patent Cross-licensing Agreement\u201d in November, recently officially launched a patent infringement lawsuit against OPPO worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.cnmo.com\/1847_600x1000\/1846131.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3000\u3000 According to outside speculation, the patent infringement litigation by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oriccabattery.co.uk\/battery-cellphone\/nokia.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NOKIA<\/a>&nbsp;against OPPO may be related to 5G patents, and the fuse may be the high 5G patent fees that NOKIA has implemented since 2018. According to relevant information, NOKIA announced the 5G patent fee standard in 2018: each 5G mobile phone using its patent should pay&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oriccabattery.co.uk\/battery-cellphone\/nokia.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NOKIA<\/a>&nbsp;a patent fee of 3 euros. Today, this price is still criticized by many domestic manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/livedoor.blogimg.jp\/sunshinecos\/imgs\/a\/9\/a9e67a69.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/livedoor.blogimg.jp\/sunshinecos\/imgs\/a\/9\/a9e67a69-s.jpg\" alt=\"1846132 (1)\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3000\u3000 Before the deadline, OPPO did not respond to this matter. However, OPPO has publicly stated on many occasions: OPPO respects intellectual property rights, but also clearly opposes excessive patent fees. As early as 2019,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oriccabattery.co.uk\/battery-cellphone\/nokia.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NOKIA<\/a>&nbsp;initiated a patent lawsuit against Lenovo worldwide, and the two parties finally reached a settlement in April 2021. Lenovo and NOKIA signed a license agreement and paid a license fee to NOKIA.
